Fitness trackers have been picking up steam for a couple years now, but in 2017, they are really primed to take off. With more options than ever and trackers to help you meditate, stop bad habits, and even fix your posture, it's more than likely you'll find one to fit your needs. Hey, if Superman is wearing a tracker, we definitely all could use one.

Exercise as Medicine

More and more doctors are recommending physical activity in addition to changes in diet to promote better health. So, thinking of each trip to the gym equalling one less trip to the doctor, may be your motivation in the new year.

Boxing obviously isn't new, but using this intense, high cardio sport for exercise is finding a new audience. More boutique boxing classes are opening up all the time and you can get a great sweat on without worrying about getting punched in the face. Plus, there's no better way to get out your frustration at your cubicle mate who plays loud music without headphones, than by hitting the heavy bag.
